I’ve never believed in luck. I believe in preparation, exposure, and getting back up.

My life and my work have been shaped by good advice, hard lessons, and a stubborn willingness to step into the arena. I’ve been knocked down more times than I can count. What matters isn’t avoiding failure. It’s learning fast, standing up again, and using the scars as data. Failure isn’t the opposite of success. It’s the tuition.

Entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone. The lows are lonely and brutal. The highs are fleeting. What carries you through is grit, judgment, and the ability to keep making decisions when certainty is nowhere to be found. Great companies aren’t built by vibes or vision decks—they’re built by people who endure.

I borrowed money to come to Canada. I arrived with just enough to pay one year of university and survive on roughly $2,500. It was uncomfortable, humbling, and clarifying. Failure simply wasn’t an option—so I learned how to make progress with constraints. That lesson still shapes how I think about capital, growth, and leverage.

I co-founded my first company in my third year of university. Since then, I’ve founded six companies, failed loudly, succeeded quietly, and learned the hard way what actually scales... and what doesn’t. Those lived experiences are what I bring to founders navigating the messy middle between “early traction” and “real scale.”

In 2018, I launched a business transformation and scale-up advisory to stay sharp by working on genuinely hard problems: strategy, governance, growth, capital, and operating leverage. I also invest and build independently. My latest venture, Vinerra, sits at the intersection of media, culture, and business.

At the core, I care about building things that matter and helping founders do the same. Without losing themselves in the process. My purpose is simple: be a good human, help changemakers scale responsibly, and create positive, durable impact.
